All students who plan to participate for a school team MUST complete an Arbiter Registration including the PIAA Sports Physical, and a Baseline Concussion Test prior to the official start date of their respective athletic season.

The Schuylkill Haven Area School District Athletic Department will be utilizing Arbiter for athletic registration. This online registration platform will allow parents/guardians and student-athletes in grades 7-12 to register, complete all required forms, and confirm all required fields are completed in order to participate in a Fall, Winter or Spring sport at the Schuylkill Haven Area School District.

 Baseline Concussion Test:

~Every 7th, 9th, and 11th grade student athlete is required to complete the test prior to the start of their season with the school trainer.

~Every New athlete, regardless of grade, must complete the Test prior to the start of their season.
